One of the best stays I had in a long time. Newer hotels and you will be satisfied with everything in your big spacious room and bathroom.
10/10 very clean comfortable room and bed. Great continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy check in and checkout. Would stay here again without hesitation!
We checked in at this hotel 1/31/26 after moving our daughter out from her apt while waiting for our car to be picked up and shipped with our 2 cats.We ended up extending our stay due to unexpected delay in car shipping.Mike who was in the front desk, made us feel at home away from home. He was very kind, courteous, welcoming, and went way above and beyond after learning our family’s situation. He offered help and solution with our car shipping dilemma.He granted our request to be on the first floor since we do have a lot of stuff after moving our daughter out from her apt. That alone made our stay experience great. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Daily breakfast with a wide variety of food is a plus. Mike and the rest of the staff overall made our stay unforgettable. 5 stars all the way!
Great hotel and location. Place is nice and newer. Pet fee was different from online. Kay, the manager called to apologize for the confusion and made sure I was happy with our stay. I appreciate the customer service and the kind attention she gave to this issue. Would recommend.
A. Dry nice , clean and orderly hotel. Check-in was easy, breakfast was good and well stocked. The hotel in all is on very good shape.
My husband and I frequently travel through this area. On the occasion that we decide to stop, this is our go to. We have found it to be conveniently located, consistently clean, having a very comfortable bed with hot water that comes quickly and doesn’t run out. We have stayed at other La Quintas but nine even come close to the cleanliness of this one.
I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were nice. Bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and fun to float around in. They offered free refreshments every evening Monday- Thursday. Front staff was helpful and always very sweet. Breakfast was good and the lady was so pleasant. The only thing that can use some work is the Spanish ladies cleaning rooms could be nicer. I understand language barriers, but also feel vibes. They would speak Spanish then laugh everytime I walked by. I feel like they were talking crap about me. I refuse to give less stars for the staff that was actually great. Hoping management will talk with them about being kind.
The facility's very clean, staff was friendly and quick to help if there was an issue. I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user and my room was spacious with plenty of room to maneuver in my chair. Only detractors were the fact that there should have been a shower chair or non slip mat in the shower, and there was neither. I found out the hard way after I had a nasty fall in the shower. If you book the handicapped room, be sure to look for a mat rolled up next to the towels and call the desk to bring you one before you shower. Better yet, be sure you've booked the walk in shower room. There is a hot breakfast available 6-9am, it's so-so. They allow pets (I've got 2 dogs and it was $25 a day). All in all not a bad stay.
